Name change enhancement request PMR28030,370,000

At your suggestion, opened a PMR for this enhancement request:

Problem description
Currently, if a name change request is initiated via Adminp on a user that is iNotes-only, the update will only change the name in the Domino Directory. Since the user never logs in with a user.id the Adminp process stops and the administrator must manually update ACL entries,calendar profiles, etc.
Please enhance adminp name changes to process regardless of whether a user authenticates with the home server or not. Or, at least add a
feature that will override the authentication need if it is known that the user is iNotes-only.
